River City Toronto : The Big Picture - Inside A Park That's Outside the Box

At River City, Waterfront Toronto is today building one of Toronto's most innovative urban parks: Underpass Park, a two and a half acre mixed-use space tucked beneath the Richmond-Adelaide ramps. Underpass Park will be the most extensive park built under an overpass in Canada, and will transform this area into a socially engaging park containing public art, recreational spaces, fantastic lighting and community gardens.

Join Underpass Park's renowned landscape architect Greg Smallenberg and acclaimed artist, Paul Raff, responsible for the park's public art, as they take you on a tour of Toronto's newest, most exciting urban park.
